Calling Harvey.....possible supercharger

Harvey

Have a look at this website:

http://www.rotrex.eu.com/

They make a very nifty supercharger, which I think would be a nice bolt-on system for my SVX.

Turbo Technics in the UK use a version of it for the Lotus Exige [jumped up Elise], and extract 260 hp and equivalent torque from 1.8 litres. The Exige kit is not cheap, but the blower can be bought, along with dedicated sump [uses special oil], mounting bracket [can be driven off the alternator / power steering pulley gear], and an intercooler or water cooled charge cooler can be added.

The SP30-94, or the new C38 seem to be a recipe for an extra 150 hp with good low down torque at reasonable cost.

What do you think??

Joe
