rev limiter?

What Rpm is the rev limiter on the SVX

What is the highest you reved your SVX to

I have reved mine to 9400RPM

J/k only 6750RPM

9400!?!?!?!

You got a chip that ups or kills your limiter?

I only get to seven grand before the tach starts bouncing (still using the stock ECU til' my Haltech gets ordered).

Pls be careful though, many of your sub-systems weren't designed for that kinda rpm (the a/c compressor comes to mind, I know the clutch dis-engages, but still...). Plus, I don't think the hydraulic valve lash adjustors will be able to suck in or release oil fast enough to maintain proper valve clearance at that speed (not to mention their sheer mass). Not preaching, I'm sure you know all this, but enough of us have had to have too much therapy while our cars were in the shop...
