I don't think there are any mechanical problems, but there may be wiring and computer problems. It depends whether your NZ model is built like the JDM model or the Aussie/European models.

1) Check whether the NZ model has an EGR system. The JDM model doesn't, most other models do. If your NZ ECU expects to find an EGR system then you will need to change it for the JDM ECU, or fit the NZ EGR system to the JDM engine.

2) Check whether the NZ model has a speed sensor in the front diff. The JDM model does, the aussie/euro model has it inside the gearbox. If your NZ TCU expects the speed sensor to be in the gearbox then you will need to swap it for the JDM TCU. You will need to change some wiring in this case because there are several different control units that feed off the speed sensor. Or you can keep the NZ TCU and fit the NZ speed sensor inside the gearbox.

i spose it be like the aus svx???

what does the EGR system look like?

is the speed sensor easyly found?

it mite just be easyer to look for an replacement JDM svx instead with sun roof etc and use it to replace my nz new one.

The NZ model is the same as the Aussie model. To fit both the engine and trans, the front speed sensor has to be taken out of the NZ box and fitted to the JDM box.
The EGR can be left off the JDM engine as long as the NZ EGR solenoid is fitted. The ECU won't know it is not there as there is no EGR heat sensor to say if it is working or not.
Arthur is doing this swap now, here;
