Replacing Front Fuel Rail

I'm replacing my front fuel rail, and am going to have to cut off a stuck fuel hose. I want to just replace it with an autozone hose.

It is "HOSE #6" in the diagram. Is there a specific type of hose I should get from autozone for use with the fuel system? I'm going to bring it in (whatever is left of it) and try to match the size, but if anyone knows off the top of their head that would be awesome. thanks all!

you will want fuel injection hose. The normal carberator hose can take alot of pressure, but given where it is, and that its full of gasoline I wouldn't risk it for the sake of $1 or whatever.

hey, thanks. anyone know the diameter of this hose? I know its a long shot but I'd like to know exactly what to ask for instead of just guesstimating on something as important as a fuel line...

any rubber hose that is designed to handle gasoline will work just match it to the closest size that fits

subiefan, most fuel line you see at parts stores is STILL "15psi" carberator fuel hose. Sure it handles 100psi today, it lacks that extra bit that makes it far more certain it will hold after it gets dried out and heat baked. Which is why you really should be buying "fuel injection" hose. Its nominal rating is usualy 45psi, which is plenty good unless you are running some insane fuel setup.
