If it's removed properly you don't have any wires to splice. It bolts and plugs right in.

I had to redo the entire connector on the driver's side of the trans and replace the indicator switch on the pass side... Not brain surgery and only takes 30 mins but still a pain in the butt. I don't think all of them are cut though. Either way, Eric still drives his 92 with that trans and with svxfile's resistor he shouldn't have many problems with it...

Happy to report none yet. 4.11 and 4.44 swaps are just as simple as installing a factory unit...there's jsut the added step of swapping the rear diffs.
As it's been mentioned, you might want to put to put something up in the wanted / for sale section once you decide the route you want to take
