parklight switch bypass
You will have a switch go bad and they are hard to get,my switch went out again, second one in three years, ordered oe waited 10 days,I got a bad switch.Subyparts checked on another one for me,no more switches is the country,it would be a 4-6 week wait for one to be imported they hell with that so I GOT A REFUND.I checked out the wiring diagram and now my park lights is on with the ignition.Heres how remove your switch but leave it connected to the connecter from the car,you will have a blue wire with a white tracer that has 12 volts on the connector coming from the car,cut that wire or unhook it from the connector,ok move to the switch connector, locate a thick red wire with a white tracer and another red wire with black tracer,be carefull there is two of these wires use the thicker of the two,ok now join the two wires from the switch connector to the blue/with white tracer and you should have your park and dash lights back. You can wire a fuse between the two say 10-15 amp to be safe but that switch is one less svx issue to worry about, now go drive at night.
