In case Robin cant help, the resistor is located next to the battery, on the inside of the drivers side fender. It will be the only thing located there, and is extremely easy to find.

Well, one extended lunch break and one 15 Ohm/25 Watt resistor later, my transmission is back to working just fine! Thank god it wasn't actually solinoid A!

Someone should update svw-iw.com's error code list with a note that code 11 can also be caused by a failed resistor! Who's the keeper of svx-iw?
