I don't know. There is a size number molded onto the seal what does that say?
Are you doing the change out? |

The following is printed on the Seal, 180° from each other...
"BH3854F" "NOK" My friend, who happens to work at a local subaru Dealer and has a Cobb NA Impreza, will be helping me do the change out. Ive heard its a *****, but using Beav's method, hopefully it will bring us little trouble. Its defintly a crank seal, but i have gotten a legacy part OR TWO from my dealer before. Thanks phil

Is there any size numbers on the seal?
Are you going to take outhe engine or tranny? How bad is the leak? ( Since we will all have this problem some day.) Last edited by svx_commuter; 01-12-2003 at 01:59 PM. |

I just told you everything that is written on the seal. The other side has no place for writing, and is covered in greese. Ill just have to take the dealers word for it i guess.
