The lengths are similar. However the mounting blocks for the brake lines on the STI coilovers are in a different location than that of the svx struts. I just used high temp zip-ties. A staple of the racing community. Just like speed tape In all honesty, I dont see why the sti lines would not be compatible with our fittings. I know for a fact that SVX lines will fit in STI calipers. It stands to reason that they would have a compatible thread on the other end as well.

Rears have 2 mounting points on svx on sti this doesn't appear to be so

If using STi fitment coilovers, the STi brake lines are the way to go with them for "proper" mounting. They are also much easier to source and in many different brands and flavors than SVX specific brake lines.
