A sad announcement from GreenMarineSVX...
It finally happened... I no longer own the SVX... To summarize, I was given an offer of my car + $$$ for another car I have wanted for a long time... The timing seemed right, so I jumped in with both feet.
The new owner has been an avid Subaru owner for most of his life, so I have no doubt that it is in good hands and he will treat it well. He is VERY involved with motorsports (Auto-x, Time Attack, Hill Climb, One Lap of America, etc...) so please welcome him when he does join the boards (if he hasn't already). More details will come on the new ride in probably a few days... I will always remember the SVX, and there is a good chance that I will own it again one day (the new owner has already said that I get first dibs on it if he decides to sell it in the future), so who knows what could happen in a few years  ~ Chris

Thread title made ME think that someone had died.
 Glad that isn't the case. I'm surprised you sold it... especially after all the work you had put into it. Hope the new mystery car is cool enough to be worth it.

Major bummer, hopefully it's going to a good owner though. From the sounds of things it seems so. There will be other SVXi in the future, who knows another deal may come along and you may find yourself owning another before you know it!
