It's Official!!
They accepted the offer we submitted on the house!!!!!!!
 YAY First home for me and the family, so excited... If it passes inspection, of course.  So there we go, selling the SVX made it possible!!!!

Congrats!!!
We are in the same situation.I,m past inspection ,now waiting for bank apprisal and i should celebrate Labor Day weekend in our first home!!!! Withouth seling my SVX but makeing some other sucrifacess tough. Onc again congrats!!!
