Trouble to start my 5speed svx.
Now i have chage the tranny and the pedalset. So all is set to fire it up.
And i have set the saftyswith where it should bee. But when i turn the key its only say click click click verry fast and nothing happen. And if i turn the safty swith to a other place, then the car is dead not came a click. Can somebody help me?

Its seen to bee power on it. I can hear the fuel pump start.
I have a power booster so i can try these. But if its not these can it bee something else that say click click click?

check the voltage (with a multimeter )available at the small terminal on the starter when you turn the key it should read 12 volts if it is low volts there is a fault in the start circuit you may need to do the relay mod

Leave the safety switch in the position where you heard the clicks, that sounds like it is working OK. A way to check if your battery is down on power is to try starting with the headlights on. Once the power is diverted to the starter circuit as you try to start your lights will dim way down if the battery is not fully charged. That's a sure indicator that your battery is down on charge. Charge the battery, then try again. Joe

Then i should charge it and try again.

If you use too thin of a wire going to the pedal switch it will do this.
