Wanted: Watefall grille in any condition
I need a waterfall grille in any condition. It can be yellowed, scratched, cracked, etc.
I just need one to cut apart to see how the inside is made and to take interior measurements in preparation for a potential modification. PM me or send me an email. Thanks .

John, this sounds like an interesting project. I wish you luck with it. I had thought of using the waterfall grille as a "frame" to make a new style grille, just never got around to it.

I just measured my spare grille, and measuring at the bottom, I get a depth of 2 15/16 and it measures the same across the entire width.
So allowing for the thickness of the plastic, your light bar at 2.25 will just fit. - getting access to the inside is the problem. I used the heat method on front corner lights, but not on a grille. Maybe a number of carefully drilled then connected 3/8 inch holes either on each end or across the back will work or slotted with a Dremel. In any case you will have to be very carefull when doing any of this, including removing your grille from the car - never force anything! Good Luck - Ed
