Count me in for Cannan Valley. Looks like we can reunite the original Snowshoe gang plus a few more. All we have to do is find Earl (molar marauder) Has anyone been in contact with him?
If you need any help with this let me know. I live about 40 minutes from Harry and not far from Ron.

Okay, now. We're on a roll, but where is Earl from the original gang of six (plus the better halves)? And there has to be others interested in meeting up with some slightly crazy folks that just happen to share an interest / love in SVX's.

I'll go with just a room - if you can block some rooms, that would be great!

Put me down for a room as well. I couldn't make Snowshoe last year because I had just been at the VT meet the weekend before... so many meets, so little time. Anyhoo, I'll be there.

Pick one Harpers Ferry, Blackwater Falls or Cannan Valley and I'll figure out how long it's going to take and make a final decision. For now, put the BN (Beautiful Navigator) and myself in the 'we are are coming to this meet somewhere in West Virginny" column.

And, Don. I talked with Maria today - her car died, but there may be hope. But right now, it remains in Philly with a broken power steering pump and an overheating problem that seems to have corrected itself but could have damaged the motor. But that said, Maria may still come, regardless of how the car is fairing.

Now just where is Earl the Pearl??

Canaan Valley is the choice my man. Blackwater Falls is so close, that it is being thrown in as a sidetrip to Canaan. It is just a bit easier for our "western" members to get to than Harpers Ferry. U.S. Route 50 west from I-81 gets you very close. Looking forward to meeting y'all!!! Don

Ok after reading the post and researching about 6 months ago about the snowshoe meet. I am interested in going to this years Meet.
Fromthe pictures I saw many many SVX's at the lat Snowshoe Meet. what was it 30 or so or less.???
I need dates guys. cuase it's early thirty in the morning and the grey matter is no longer working very well

I can't rmember where Snowshoe is. is it in NC, TN, VA, what?

I'm throughly confused at this point. fixing the SVX has cost me more then I had thought.
As they all do.

I am highly interested though. I would have to make some arrangments with work. And accomadations.

Don't feel bad about being confused - The first Snowshoe Meet was indeed actually held at the Snowshoe Resort in West Virginia, but Snowshoe II will be held at Canaan Valley State Park - also in West Virginia! Date this year is set for the weekend of October 20.
Don should be posting more details about accomodations when they become available.
