Car broken in to.

Just got this email from the head of public safety:

Further Information re: Break-in on the Pleasant Street lot

Your car was recently broken into while parked on the Pleasant Street lot. In response to the break-in, the MSOE Public Safety Department increased its patrols of the Pleasant Street lot and on 9 eight hour shifts we actually sat down the block in an unmarked car and watched the lot with binoculars hoping to catch the individual(s) responsible. The Milwaukee Police Department also increased their patrols of the lots after we provided them with a description of a possible suspect, as well as a description of the suspect’s vehicle.

On Wed 4-20-05 at 10:00 a.m. while the police department was monitoring the lot in an unmarked squad car, the two suspects drove into the Pleasant Street lot and were observed looking into parked autos on our lot. The two suspects were arrested and taken into custody.

MPD Detectives are currently investigating further and are attempting to link the suspects to numerous car break-ins in the area.
