Probably a bunch of fluid changes and tire rotation.

The 90K service is equivalent to the 30K service. Don't have my owner's manual infront of me, but I would assume it would be the replacement of all fluids (trans, front & rear diffs), filters (air & fuel filters) and a tire rotation like Tom mentioned. It's probably a $300+ service, which you can do yourself in the Spring for ~$50.

Thats done at 60K and 120K...if it hasnt been done yet at 90 then do it along with the water pump and thermostat.
