car shakes over 45mph

so i got my tire check to see if they were balanced and the were. so got under the pig today i check the bearing that hold the driveshaft up in the center. well the bracket that with the two bolt is loose and can move a little, so i try to tighten the two bolts and they are as tight and to torq specs.

and subaru want $219 but i think the rubber bushing/shock absorbers onthe bolt could be worn and need to be replaced.but im not sure i just peeked at it dont have time till the weekend i could use some ideas before i really trouble shot.
