I need to pull a wire from the engine compartment into the interior. Anyone know of a handy place or way to pull a wire into the cockpit, without having to drill a hole in the firewall? I spent a little time tonight looking, but didn't see anything obvious. Suggestions?

Smile wires

The only place I could find that was easy was on the passenger side where the drain tube for the A/C evaporator is. It was pretty easy. When and if you do it pull 2 of them through for future use if needed.

speaking of the a/c drainage tube

when i first got my car, it was leaking on the passenger side making the floor mat wet and causing condensation. i had figured it was because of the rain,,,it wasn't. it turns out that my drainage tube had come off it's nossle. so, when i was defogging the windows (a/c kicks in to supplement), it was draining onto my floor instead of into the engine compartment.

[that's my quick tip for the day for those of you with wet passenger side floor mats.]

Thanks, nubsjr

The drain hose route worked like a charm. I now have a functioning tranny temperature gauge. Thanks for the tip.
