Did you take it to Reliable? Any chance you know who worked on it?

You still work for MAC? I have been stopping at shops when I can to get in touch with a MAC rep, but they all seem to have disappeared from Wisconsin.

I need to buy a few lost pieces for some of my sets and I have one dead 1/4" ratchet.

Just call 1-800-MAC-TOOL and make your way to customer service. They can either give you a phone number and/or address for a local distributor or district manager or help you directly over the phone.
