I think it'd be best to keep it OEM shape like bill did just do it in pieces. with the stiffest rates people are running I.E. Bobby I think with that transfer Harvey is talking about wouldn't a bigger bar be better? Seems to me that the 21.5 mm bar is too small for above 400lb spring rates in the front.

Once again I'm down for a front swaybar since I feel it could really use it. If anyone has even one made let me know. I think the same % increase as Nevin's bar would probably be just right. Adjustable (like 2-3 holes in the ends to attach the end-links) would be better even. I'm already going to have the end-link tabs on my struts reinforced preemptively when I do the Koni/GCs. Reinforced end-link tabs seem to be a must, which means Konis are a must since they'd have to be welded on and you can't very well do that with the struts still together.
