Just a gut feeling that something may not be right here. If I were selling that car I would take some better pics. Close ups of the engine bay and side bolster on the driver's seat, which looks to be a slightly darker shade than the passenger seat, like it's had seat restorer applied. Doubt that would be needed on a car with only 14k. And the second bid jumping to 9500, hmmm. And that bidder having purchased seat restorer, if you look at their ebay purchase history. Who knows?

And you could be the first do a new trans, wheel bearings, the seals are prob already dried and leaking, cv boots dried out, ps pump, yada yada.....
And the way ebay bids work, the 1st bidder bid 9400. and the 2nd bid went well enough over that to hit 9500.+ Wait to see if the 3rd bid becomes the hi bid.

Yes, and the 2nd bid was hgh enough to blow away the 1st bid so who knows what the hi bidders proxy amount is-even higher than 9400. It'll be interesting to see if it falls flat at where it's at. I'd be at my creidt union tomorrow if it was a 94+.

Nice pearlie..
My Pearlie's side skirt was yellowish like that too. I guess it's plastic and paint reacting over the years. You can see same thing with other cars as well.

SOLD!! The winning bid was $11,600. You couldn't restore a pearlie to that condition for twice that amount... maybe three times. I wanted to see a photo of a 15 year old, 14K engine, but there were none in the ad... interesting. .
