If the water was coming from the headliner, it could be coming from where it enters the car or the lip of the sunroof, and then move over to the headliner. I still would check out the drains to rule that out first.

Crap. My drain tracks run fine - I poured an obscene amount of water in the area to check. It went through just fine. Excuse me while I kill myself/redo the seal on the sunroof.

If anyone else has any ideas let me know, I'm not sure what else to think.

Talking Fixed!

HEY! So late reply I know but I figured I'd tell you guys what's up, incase anyone else ran into the same problem.

I checked the drain tracks and those were fine. I went on a limb and removed the moving roof assembly and found the interior of it (between the medal and headliner) full of condensation. Furthermore, there was about an eight inch section of weatherstripping that was very loose. I took off and resealed the weatherstripping and the leak is gone.

Here's what I think. Over time the silicone sealant they used became brittle and began letting air and water through. The weatherstripping on the inside of the sunroof is shorter than what's on the outside. So what was happening is that water was getting between the sunroof and the weatherstripping and leaking at the shorter side, the interior side. This would soak the headliner, which inturn would soak the headliner seal type thing around the sunroof, and eventually start dripping into the car.

YAY NO MORE RAINING IN MY CAR!!!
