So lemme get this straight....The car is starting to cost you a little money and you'd rather take ALOT of time to part it out than to take a few hours to fix it and sell it whole? I mean...come on now.
First off, a radiator is no big deal. Any mechanically incompetent fith grader can figure out how to do it...its just a matter of having 150$ for the part
Secondly, your car keeps eating wheel bearings, likely because the hub casing is chewed up and destroyed from the first set. finding someone with a replacment hub (that has a good bearing) from a car thats being parted out for a LEGITIMATE reason is probly your best bet. Once again...hub replacment is pretty straight forward (Except the parking brake..that part sucks)

I bet 200-250$ and you can have a car thatll sell for more than youd make parting it out, and faster at that. Plus, youll probly rest easier knowing your once beloved (Or not, if your some jerk) car is still on the road, and not turned into parts and soda cans because you idnt feel like paying typical matinence fees

This is a good forum board...We can diagnose the car's problems because hell, we've had them too.All you have to do is read, or better yet...ask. Some of the younger guys on the board have gone from not knowing how to hold a wrench to mechanics that'd work circles around one at dealerships. There's been members that have gone from not knowing a thing about the car to tackling 5 speed conversions by themselves, and pulling engines in thier driveway....a dirt driveway nonetheless. And damnit, Im one of 'em. So get your lazey ass reading, put the car back together, and coem back next week with a legitimate car for sale thread with some more info and pictures

If people here know you are parting it for the sake of parting it, they wont buy parts from you, either...

No car is worth what the parts on it are worth... keep that in mind...

I would agree. There are too many that are being parted out just because someone doesn't want to deal with the maintenance on it and think they can make BIG $$$ on the parts.

If you doubt being able to take care of just one SVX.. just think of ensteele for encouragement! if anyone knows SVX pros and cons.. its gotta be the guy with 13 of them!!!
I figure if he can handle 13.. I can handle 1!! hehe

I wouldn't doubt it. I talked to this guy and he is a complete moron and was only parting the car to make more than selling it whole.

That's all your about anyway is quick and easy money, So what's the difference? Not like any of the parts will be put to good use anyway since you don't send them once they are paid for by the sounds of it. I'm ashamed you live in the same state as me honestly. Move to Vineland, NJ. and you'll be fit in better there.
