correction
okay, nevermind, i misread the code :
it is still throwing a code 32 (RH O2 sensor) even though I have replaced the sensor properly and cleared the codes in the manner illustrated in the How-To document. (The previous owner had replaced both O2 sensors & cats less than two years ago as well and continued to be plagued by the CEL, leading Subaru to believe the PCM was malfunctioning.) Can anyone point me in the right direction for fixing this? I have to retry passing inspection soon and I believe this is messing with my emissions. Please help!

Try switching the sensors from left to right. Sometimes the connector also get moisture in it. That's what happened to me right after I washed my engine.
