I'm going to miss some things so bear with me but basically,...
92- LS and LS-L 93-LS-L only in the US as the AE were all the same 94- L FWD and AWD, LE, LS, LSi 95- L FWD and AWD, LSi (LS was eliminated in 95?) 96- L and LSi 97- L and LSi 92 LS-no sunroof, ecsaine seats with leather on bolsters, no heated mirrors, no power seats, engine speed sensitive steering, CD was optional 92 LS-L-same as later LSi, sunroof, heated mirrors, power leather seats, wheel speed sensitive steering, CD standard, security/alarm 93 LS-L, same as LSi/92 LS-L All 92 and 93 models were AWD 94 L FWD-cloth seats, no sunroof, no ABS, no heated mirrors, no power seats, engine speed sensitive steering L AWD-same as above but ABS and AWD were added LE- (not sure about this) L FWD with the addition of ABS? available only in the early production with auto belts before the changeover to dual airbags/manual belts from what I've understood so far LS-FWD with sunroof, full ecsaine seats, ABS LSi-same as 92/93 LS-L Only LSi's had security, no other models from 94-97 had stock security 95 L FWD-same as 94 L FWD L AWD- same as 95 L AWD LSi-same as other year LSi/LS-L 96/97 L-All 96 and 97 models are AWD as subaru started their all time AWD campaign in the US. L was the same as earlier L AWD models LSi- same as other year LSi/LS-L
