yeah soap and water should do the trick.

i watched the dude's at the carwash i go to wash my mats and trunk carpet.

they drenched it with water, applied soapy water, brushed it with a nice brush, then used a plastic ice scraper to remove access water. they did it twice and set it in the sun for about 20 minutes.

i took it home and put it in out in the sun to dry the rest of the way.

i'm sure if you really wanted to get the water out, you could either blowdry it with a blowdrier or use a iron to get rid of the excess water.

those mats looked alot nicer after their wash. well worth the $40.

Now, now Subafreak, not everyone is a "Subafreak" and wants to drive a stripped down track monster
Some of us enjoy a true Sports/GT coupe that can comfortably eat up many miles in a day, but still fare well when the road gets twisty

Another comparo-8 sodas in my boat's fridge and sinnk and one HUGE Heineken (Like a huge champagne bottle from Costco) froze and blew over the winter. What a boner brain not to go down and take them in for the winter to enjoy them. Now I spend about 2x the time cleaning up that I would have imbibing them.

Was it diet?

Certain diet sodas contain aspartame, and aspartame turns into formaldehyde at those temps which could be a good cause for explosion.

I mean aside from the high pressure gases.

No, it was Vanilla Pepsi. I also had Sierra Mist, but that did not explode (must have less carbonation).

Diet soda=bad for you
