Hm, then you're saying I should not be looking at one of these...

There's an exception to every rule. Fun outweighs expense!

But move on to where? The WRX is too harsh, the E350 4Matic too cumbersome and so on and so forth.

Is there a manufacturer that comes close to the mixture of comfort, performance and fun the SVX had?

Looking for help...

Thanks

Martin
I was not too happy when I was told I was going to have to wait a few months for the Crank Bearing I ordered to come from Japan when I was having my SVX engine redone. Luckily Subaru let me know a few hours after ordering that they were putting them on a plane and I got them next week. You couldn't find the wheel-well protectors on the forum?
A little ironic as I just had to order a front pair from England for my new car.

I just did this a little over a month ago and hope it doesn't kill me!!!

I agree with the Legacy Spec B or a 3.0R which would be my preference.
Just drove a 05 Legacy GT the other day and it rode quite nice and was pretty quick, however was not a fan of the turbo lag. Still nice though.

Good luck with you car purchase!

i really liked my 05 LGT - Cobb stage 2 completely eliminated the lag. no launch required - just press the go pedal and it JUMPED off the line.

got rid of it @ 50k before it blew up - unfortunately, did not get rid of wife's 05 FXT before it blew up at 71k.
