I'm Gettin Me An SVX! (An open thanks to Huck)
Thanks to Huck, Thursday I'll be the proud owner of a Brilliant Red '96 LSi. He's brokering the deal for me, snapped & sent pics, installed valve cover gaskets in it, good grief he even painted the wiper arms! And won't take a dime. I just wanna hug the guy's neck. (In a manly bear hug kinda way)
I thought Huck needed a plug. If for no other reason than being a great fella!

Hmmm drive it....what a concept.
It's going to be my daily driver. I drive 42mi round trip to work & back. No danger in it sitting much, as even the wife loves SVXi

My life STINKS
I was all set, had the cash & the wife ready to go, when the dryer decided to go out. Who knew a dryer could smoke so much without actually catching fire?  So now my dream has to wait a couple weeks.

Thanks y'all
We had planned on replacing it soon, but, well, you know how that goes. We already bought a new one to match the washer that died last spring. To thier credit, the WERE '88 models I've bought used appliances before, I learned a hard lesson that it's cheaper to buy a new appliance once every 10 years than to buy a used one every year. Besides, Huck's gonna be busy for the next couple weekends.

But I will be glad to have one less car sitting around once it's gone  (but wish it was the Legacy wagon hat was gone....)
