Possibly some of those marks were caused by picking up boxes or bags off the passenger seat, Gene. Maybe?

I'm planning to use a product like Gliptone which is a two stage process; clean and condition, then the second stage is finish with a wipe-over of the anilene dye [to match of course].

The dye preferentially soaks into the damaged surface areas, and you wipe off the excess that just sits on the tanned surfaces.

I think it is pretty good, if a tad expensive. If it does a good job, I'll do a photo report.

You are right Let it Snow. Scarily prophetic!

Golf Gtis used to lift the inner rear wheel like that all the time. I'm just wondering what happens the power distribution in the AWD SVX when a wheel lifts like that.

Does the TCU computer, or the rear non slip diff deny all power to the wheel in the air??

Joe

Wheel in the air?

That's a whole lot of lovin' to get the SVX rocking enough to get a wheel off the ground!
