svxparts.com

Just thought I would let you guys know that svxparts.com is going away (long story). The diagrams are still available at www.subaruparts.com/diag/ and you can find links to it from the parts section and the online catalog tune-up section.
No, this does not mean we don't love our dedicated SVX'ers any less. You guys have been some of our most loyal customers!

Were not going anywhere! Really! Svxparts.com was just a minor extension of Subaruparts.com.
ALL the same information was available on both sites-- We are just loosing use of the svxparts domain name. About all that was different was the added exposure, and a quick link to the diagrams.

Never fear, we will be around for quite some time.

Ryan,
Don't you EVER scare us like that again!

If I may ask, what is the problem with the svxparts.com domain? Is it the cost? If it isn't that much, maybe some of us can pitch in so's you can keep it.

Frankly, I like the convenience of the link and it made me feel "special."

Of course as long as you keep your prices low and can get us the parts, I don't care if you call it "kissmyfuzzybutt.com," I'll buy from you.

Thank you for the work you do, and thank for you for recognizing us as a viable customer base. We desparately need for people to know we're here.

Cool

It is not cost, as domains can be had for under $10/yr. I just spent that much on lunch!

The reason it is going away is due to the fact that C. Scott Williams is the owner of the domain.

Without going into the long story WHY he owned the domain, I have assurances from him that the domain *should* function for at least a month as it exists currently. After that time it may be used for other ventures, probally lacking a diagram system (HA!)

I think its cool that you guys see us as so critical. Mabye I'll have to set up some sort of SVX shrine on our site! (When I have TIME!)

Oooo. That sounded great . . . until you put the "When I have the time" thing on the end. A clever way of saying, "It ain't gonna happen."

WHEW!!

Ryan,

I know with my luck, when you'd close down my car would demand a part. It always works that way. Glad you not leaving. I actually got nervous.

Randy i,

I had to check, that site goes nowhere.

www.kissmyfuzzybutt.com? More info than I required aboutchya. And what would be on the site! AAAAHHHHHHHH.

Randy (Trying to close his minds eye before he sees that!) ii

I'm really surprised that no one has snatched up that domain.

Uncamitzi: email webmaster located at subaruparts..com (mangled for spam protection) with your order number. Most likely you ordered something that is terribly backordered....

None of the website email comes to me except 'Website Problem'
All the shipping Inquiry stuff has been in limbo because the person who normally deals with those was out for a couple weeks sick.

As for the credit card issue, all I can say is try and call (877-473-6200) to update your billing info, or you could email me and I will pass it along.... Or email me your number and I will have someone call you... (you never gave me your order number so it makes it tricky to resolve any issues!)
