Spotted on Ebay:

I found this for sale on ebay, it looks really REALLY sweet... anybody got like, $3500 they want to let me borrow until i sell my mazda? lol

it's in florida too, my girlfriend is in college just a couple hours from there... i could fly down, pick it up, drive it to where she is, visit, and drive it home.

it's a shame i can't afford it tho... stupid Mazda not being sold fast enough...

Mileage is mostly a concern of the past. Cars can be maintained to run well over 250k with the right maint and the right driving. I personally abuse my car daily so now you why I am always underneath it. Buying an SVX with over 100k is not bad... Just check on the trans and other service records. THe motor is one of the last things you need to worry about but don't overlook it. Remember, there is a big market out ther for the cars right now. Many owners who do not appreciate the car for the awsome machine it is so they sell them when they are bored. Just wait until you find the right one...

Truely I kinda miss the Cloth seats out of my old 'Teg and would happily go back to them.

Nope, thats the dash the L model has. It's not leather, its pleather.

They had to start using pleather after the wild Nauga herds were depleted back in the 70 and early 80s. Naugahyde is just too expensive these days.

i just found this one on autotrader:

looks good, but says it's got a whine in the trans... judging by other posts, i'm gonna go ahead and guess that this whine is leading up to a not-so-good thing.

granted, i'm probably technically apt enough to handle doing a 5-speed swap, but i don't think i've got the finances to undergo something like that... and by "i don't think" i mostly mean, i'm positive about it.

any thoughts?
