Seat tracks

Anyone have a diagram to how these come off, the drivers one that is. I cant get it off.

No, i mean, getting the actual tracks off the seat itself. They are out of the car.

If I remember right, there are four bolts that hold the seat bottom to the tracks. Remove the seat, turn it upside down and you can't miss them. They just remove the seat bottom from the rest of the seat.
