So... A work in progress is comming to a close... for now, 56k go learn to fly

If this needs to be moved to a different thread, mods, please do so. Ok so let me say this first off. This thread is both showing where my progress is, and it is also showing parts that I no longer need. So I wasnt exactly sure where to put it. But if you see something in the parts pics that you want, let me know, and we can work something out. Lets see who can pick out what all Ive changed in my 92. -Dennis

Here is the one before shot of the interior that I have.

These next two are current outside shots. That is, after this... Wash, rubbing compound, wax, wax, wash, swirl remover. Lol. But hey, my paint looks better. Sorry they are a little blurry... I dont know what happend.

So now here is my interior currently. Muuuuch better,

And here we start the parts pics. Note that, the door panels have broken tabs, inside where you rest your arm, and below the door handle.

Also note, these pillar trims are out of a 92. So they are ment for auto belts.

For anyone looking. I have ALL of the parts for the automatic seat belts. Everything is pictured here except for the auto belt control module. The belts all worked when I took them out, though the drivers side one did stick every once in a while.

Dont know if you want anything here. The carpet is garbage. The rear deck is alright, though missing some screw down points. And the sunroof panel has a couple of burns in it.

I swapped my trunk struts out for ones in a 95. These ones are alright, but they arent perfect. Its a little hard to lift the lid, and it will slam down hard if you let it.

The spots you see on there were dirt. Its wet in this picture, thats why the spots look so bad. Its not any where near that bad since its dry.

Drivers side turn signal. Its perfect on the outside... but the inside has the tabs broken off. So it will come out of the fender.

And here, the e-brake handle is leather, and is scratched up, as you can see. The shifter is out of an L model, and has a couple scratches.

Oh yes, this is in perfect shape. Though its for the passengers door, lol.

This light goes on the passenger side, on the underside of the glovebox. It lights up when you open the door.

Some misc, trim pieces.

So now here. Just FYI I have 2 climate control units. Both have cracks in the woodgrain, but the units themselves work. Oh, and the radio door lowering spring thing doesnt work. It just falls down when you hit the button. It does have the black inside cover piece.

What a mess of parts, lol. But it was really worth it all. I almost totally gutted the interior out of a 95 L out of a wrecking yard. Had to drive a ways to get everything too, lol. So now, I have something that I need. I have every grey trim piece, except for the gauge cluster surround piece. Does anyone happen to have this? Also, does anyone have the L model vinyl piece that goes under the steering wheel? My suede one is reallly dirty. Thanks! -Dennis

In what wrecking yard is the 95?
I really like the plain grey instead of the wood grain.

Its in Salem OR. G & R Foreign Auto Wreckers. Its a red one, L model. But as I said, I took the entire interior... minus the seats, lol. The rear end is beat up, and they wont part the front out. They will only sell the front end as a whole. Be warned though, they like to charge a lot. They have the "rare and very expensive" cars in front. I paid a pretty penny for everything that I got... They had the gauge surround, but it was cracked across the bottom, and I didnt want to pay for something broken...

If it makes you feel better, I just spent $600 for the complete interior out of a 95 Impreza

Well, I was really hoping it was black.
I need a passenger door. Thought maybe I could find another one rather than repainting mine
