Arrow FINALLY got the CLEAR TITLE!!!!!

Hi everyone, if you all have been following my post on the 96 Lsi from ebay that had the salvaged Maryland Title. Great News, I finally was able to get a clear Maryland Title. I drove down to Elkton,MD. Motor Vehicles on June 19th and thru the help of SVX-FF's Dad, they converted my Salvaged Title to a clear Maryland Title. I am attaching a photo of the Title as proof. I had to pay Maryland Sales Taxes, salvage fees, and Title fees, $328 to be exact. I just got the Title in the mail on Friday June 30th. The two losers who had my title for months and said they couldnt get a clear title, where just liars. What it turns out to be apparently is that they didnt want to pay the taxes and fees. So they left me in limbo for eight months pretending that they were going to get me a title. LOOOOSERRRRRRRRS!!!!! I am more relieved than happy. I will be happy once I register it and start driving it. Right now, I need to install a new beige steering wheel (has a grey in it wrong color) air bag, passenger side airbag, shifter, (yep, wrong color shifter too), four new tires, flush tranny, differntials, and I should be good to go. Thanks to everyone on this site who gave their input and or suggestions. Also, SVX-FF, Steve Smilwicz, thank you and your Great Dad for his help, which sealed the deal on this ugly story. Wish me luck, and hopefull I will meet some of you guys in the coming weeks, months and years.

Have a Happy 4th everyone!

Thanks Guys

Here is an attachment of the Salvaged Title as well. SVX-Files, I know what your saying, because it says on the Marland Motor Vehicle site that only Maryland residents can obtain a new title. SVX-FF's Dad is a Maryland State Police Motor Vehicle enforcement officer, and he spoke to the DMV supervisors both at the Bel-Air, MD. branch and the Elkton, MD. branch where I went to, and they told him that the title could be converted to a clear Maryland Title with an out of state address only. Im just relieved as I said before that this mess is over, and remember the names M Gordon Auto Sales in Chambersburg, PA., and even more so Gino Marchetti Jones, who is the unscrupulous ******* that I bought the svx from down at Delmar Auto Parts on BiState Blvd. in Delmar, MD. look at this Maryland Judicial website, it has Gino Marchetti Jones's lengthy criminal history of court documents. This clown should be locked up. http://casesearch.courts.state.md.us...uirySearch.jis

If the link doesnt bring you to the exact page of his records, just fill in his name as Gino Marchetti Jones

Excellent! I'm happy for you Dan.

I'm just a little concerned Maryland allows that. Everyone in LA needs to take their water logged insurance jobs and re-register in MD!

I just checked out your court link on the guy. It pulled 91 records up on him.

There's a 9 in front of that 1!!!
