NOT a very good idea

Long time, no post I know. I've been helping my boss open a new Domino's in Estes Park.

The other day, my brother happen to come across a girl who told him a GREAT story.

She told him, while walking down my street, she sees my car in my driveway. She then decides to start kicking it, and hitting it with her fist.

The story is, is that the other guy who owns the SVX exactly like mine, broke up with this girl. She thought that his car was parked at a friends house(my house) so she wanted to get back at him with a little damage to his car.
NO, she didn't happen to see the ****ing dents, scrapes, and MAJOR back end damage first. NO, she did not see my license plate that said SQWEEKY. What a ****ing idiot.
First off, I KNOW everything about my boyfriends car why doesn't she?
Second, she should know all of his friends and where they live.

She didn't do much to my car. But I know if something worse happens to my car, it's because of that asshole that drives the other SVX.
I knew I should have got it painted a long time ago.

Having another SVX in your town isnt' the greatest idea.

Ouch! That really bites... You should definitely do something to her car as repayment!

-Chike

P.S. Otherwise sue her for vandalizing private property and use the money to completely fix up your car!

I agree, sue her for damaging your property and use whatever money you get to get it fixed up. Your car did not deserve what she did to it.

Revenge would only put your car at more risk and not help you fix it in any way.

Why do we want to sue right away. Why not find out how much damage was caused and ask her for the money. She should already feel guilty so it shouldn't take much to inflict a little more.

I agree with Earthworm,
Before sueing her for damages, try getting the money from her directly, if she doesn't want to pay, then take her to court. Since she told your boss she did the damage, you have a good case and I assume your boss knows who she is, and or where to find her.
Don't go after her car or other property, no need to sink to her level, besides it wouldn't get the damage to your car taken care of, and would more then likely just lead to more trouble.

Ew, definite condolences towards you. I swear man, this is why we can't have nice things. No one wants to mess with someone face to face, its always messing around with something important (IE: A car).

If you have a problem with me, take it out on me. Leave my car alone =(.

never mess with someone's car, or their french fries.

there would be a lot less violence in the world if people abided by these rules.
