So any information you could give us about the suspension options in Japan would be GREATLY appreciated (prices, part numbers, etc)! I have heard that some SVXes in Japan had BILSTEIN shocks? Do you know if they are still available?

Bilstein shocks for the SVX appear to be still available here in Japan and are priced at Y40000 each. The following site has some pictures.
