Heater control blows full force

The heater control on AUTO on my new svx blows hi speed as soon a s I hit the Auto button. Is there a problem between the sensor and output? Normally they waiut until the engine warms up to blow heat.

Anyone ever have this condition?

Smile Blower speed

Hmmm, on my 1994 LSI, I place it on Auto and goes to medium speed. Would it not be nice when you press auto, that it will indicate with one of those L.E.D. lights which speed you where at?

I leave mine on Auto and it does take a few minutes to start blowing air as the engine warms up in the morning. I am not sure if the same effect is achieved when the system is off and you turn it on with the Auto switch.

Try leaving it on Auto overnight and see what happens in the morning.

I think there's a problem with the control or the sensor. Hitting Auto is just like hitting high.

hey jeff...mine sorta does that too....when you get in, hit auto...if your temp is set like mine usually is with this cold weather up here, slowly dial it down to around 65 and you should notice that the speed of the fan slows. I believe it kicks into high when there is a great temperature difference between what you set it to and what the inside temp currently is.

Yeah our current one does that also esp in FL with the huge differentials but this one seems different in that anytime it's on, it goes top speed.
