Yes, you can pay for both on paypal. Just add the fees and let me know what you send. I get it from Chris, but it takes a while. If you let me know, I can put the badge as soon as I get you PM and Chris will confirm it. For the decals, you will need to include the postage as well. One stamp will be fine.
Some have said that if it is a gift, you don't have to pay the fees. I don't know that for sure.
