funny online SVX sighting

http://www.bigtexan.com/index2.html

Um, no ... look a little to the left. (Interesting pearl/black two-tone scheme, though. ;*)

Wonder if the owner took the 72 oz. challenge ....

That's hilarious, Brad! It's sad when we find ourselves picking up on things like that.

I was watching a program about cosmetic surgery on the Discovery Channel the other night. They were doing a streetlevel fill shot in Miami during one of their stories. Suddenly a "bobtailed" pearl/black drives by and I start shouting, "did you see, did you see?" My family looked at me like I'd not only lost my marbles, but the bag they came in. After they replied. "What?" in unison, I said, "an SVX, did you see it?" Which was followed by a unison moan.

Oh well, everybody's gotta have a hobby, right?

Don't even ask me why i watched this show but I did. That restaurant was in Cannonball Run 2001. Thats where the teams had to eat the 72oz challenge.

Don't ask don't tell. Again I don't know why i watched it.

Leave me alone about it will ya. Can't we all just get along.

Now that that is out of the way.

I can't believe you watched that drivel. I had a higher opinion of you than that, Wayne. You need to get a life and stop watching so much darned TV. It'll rot your brain!

(Didn't you just love it when they threw up in the parking lot . . . and then, when the one crew got lost, they came back and waited for the other guys to leave, so they could follow them. How 'bout the buy slipping and busting his knee when they were having the "fill up the van with siphoned gas" race. That was a killer.)

I think my friend's can empathise!! I already have 'trained them' to SMS me sightings!!!

And they have gotten used to being out with me, driving along quite peacefully, then the snap of the head, the screaming "did you see that, a 1994 pre update SVX!" followed by handbrake application as the mighty 4 cyl Camry prepares itself for another 'chase' - in the opposite direction to where we were going and all the while, me howling for a pen and paper so my long suffering Cassie can scribble a note!

But that's all changed now though........I've printed out notes so she doesn't have to write them anymore!!

Grubsteak...

<Wonder if the owner took the 72 oz. challenge ....>

I thought that rang a bell....I saw a PBS special about old Route 66, and this place was one of the stops.

The guy in the film couldn't eat the whole thing either... Don

We need to contact the driver and have him in the chat room some evening.

I bet he has some stories to tell! Don

What I want to know, is how you steer that one parked on the right. Doesn't seem to have any front wheels.
