Well I must say that in the summer, with the windows rolled down I really enjoy a little Bob Marley. Otherwise, I like it all, depends on the mood.

Music

I am into hip-hop, drum'n'bass.
For me the best SVX music has to be speedy (like the car is).
But like PDhamSVXer said --> it depends on mood.

have a nice day
in austria we have a day off work tomorrow
so I will take my SVX and drive around the corner the whole day

I'm gonna have to say anything by Disturbed. Their songs make my system sound amazing. Best song is "The Game".

This one's been covered, and I guarantee you'll still get lots of replies.

But I agree - Garbage makes for great driving music.

'Leave' by REM is a classic song to start a road trip by.

any kind of music that gets me to want to drive my car really fast

sometimes that rock, L Park, L B, Metallica, Disturbed....

sometimes that rap, DMX, CRU, ONYX....

sometimes that good ol' bass music...techno, dance

anytime is a good time to get the heart going

My all-time favorite driving album is Great White's Twice Shy. Some really great rock with wonderful bass lines.

If your looking old school go with

Bryan Adams - Summer of 69
Def Leppard - Pour Some Sugar on Me
Metallica - One

I personally like Disturbed, Soil, Linkin Park and Staind for anything New School

road music...

Lets see...best road music....thats a tough one! I guess I am somewhat of a purist; I like real musicians, playing real instruments (no drummers in a box, sampling etc)....
Sunday did a mountain road drive, and had The Brian Setzer Orchestra in the player; seemed to fit my mood and the scene...

Question Boy! am I in the wrong group!!!!

I turn on Jazz or Classical. My favorite right now is the sound track from Gladiator...... I will dissappear quietly in to the background now.

Mitch - a good classical soundtrack will sound great as you take that beautiful drive up here next weekend.

Hope you can still make it!
