wierd engine idle?

ok so this morning i started my car and it started and idled fine then i put it in gear and it started and continued to idle, uh the best way to discribe it would be a carberated car or desiel engine that feels like it is shaking it's self apart then then the engine warms up to normal (the middle of the temp gauge) it goes away and runs normal can anyone tell me wht is going on?

Not sure but I started mine the other day and just let it run for 10 seconds and then shut it off. I restarted it the next day and mine shook like my old-ass legacy used to do every now and then. It was like it needed to run for awhile....
Any one ever experience that?

It sounds just like the problem in this thread http://www.subaru-svx.net/forum/showthread.php?t=35718
