My black car:
17x7 Ace WR20s Gold 17lbs a wheel
with 235-40-17 tires (cheaper Lee tires) surprisingly
smooth, nice tires for as cheap as they were.
Im using hubrings supplied by the company and get
zero vibrations up to and over 100....
You may just need hubrings, the place you got your
rims from should be able to get them for you cheap.

Or you just have a wheel or tire a little out of round.
In selling wheels for over 15 yrs, it wouldnt surprise me.

Even with my 18s and 19s on my other cars I have no issues.
