I'll be installing a remote tranny filter and an oil cooler. Has anybody done this? Is so what are the steps that I need to follow? I already have the remote filter from Summit Racing and I don't have the oil cooler yet. Any suggestions on which brand and model should I get. Also my car is 150,000m on it, going to synthetic oil now, can I still do it?

I assume that, by oil cooler, you mean one for the transmission, right? In that case, a number of us have bought a B&M cooler, but I can't remmeber the part number. I think I bought model number 70255. I think.
As for switching to synthetic, do you mean engine oil or transmission fluid? I didn't switch my SVX to Mobil 1 synthetic until well after 100k miles. The only problem I have is that more oil leaks out of the seals now. I put about 3,000 miles on the car a year and I lose about a quart a year. That's really not too bad and well worth using the synthetic, in my opinion.

tranny
Yes, thanks. All I talked here is about my tranny. Trans oil cooler, synthetic trans oil, etc. About my engine, I already added synthetic oil around 95m. I did change the valve cover gasket around 105m. It been fine since then. I think I'll change the gasket on the tranny and change to synthetic. I treat my car like a baby, well with a 150,500m on it I think my tranny deserve the best.
