Busy day, sort of....

Had to go to City Hall to reciever my certificate of Appriciation from the Mayor for all my 'civil service work, then I had to jump into the truck with the guy that ownes the 'Joe Dirt' wing car to show him where my shop was. He needed to drop off a 1928 Mopar for some last minute adjustments before Labor Day. I have to make the back fenders 4 inches wider and the running boards 6 inches longer and put them in HotRod black by tomorrow nite.
On the way home, my son-in-law called to tell me that he had my VW sold for CA$H. That means that I have a spare set of tags and room on the insurance for the 61 Ford rag top.

The Bugeye will be at camp, but without a frame or drivetrain. We are just going to set the sheet metal there and print pics out.
Lots to do, tomorrow is the last day to get-er-done!
