Re: Bronze windshield
It means that the tint on the glass is a very light yellow/brown shade. Not very much, maybe like 5% tinted, 95% light transmission...
Some SVX had their windows factory tinted a bronze color, others blue. Most of the replacement windshield glass left from official Subaru sources, or aftermarket-source new glass, is green tinted, blue and bronze no longer available... from what I have read. It sounds like Ray has found a bronze tinted windshield on a salvage yard car. BTW, Thanks again Ray, for pulling those other parts for me. Much appreciated. PM is headed your way soon with other details.

Re: Bronze windshield
Ray and anyone else interested-- if it's on one of the two Tear-A-Part cars I told you about, move quickly because they turn over their inventory approx. every 4-6 weeks. May be even shorter since they have an adjacent yard FULL of Cash for Clunkers cars that haven't even been processed yet.
