Power Light
Hi Guys
When I went to go to cricket last night and started the car the power light on the dash flashed 16 times..... What does this mean, and is it a big or a little problem? Thanks Alex

um i don't know what it is for but all i know is that sometime when i'm pushing the car it comes up too.

The power light comes on in response to a quick change in throttle position (like flooring it quickly, or making a fast jab at the pedal). It keeps the transmission in gear all the way to redline before shifting. That's my understanding at least, someone correct me if I'm wrong.

It's also an indication that a trans error is stored in the ECU...
