wouldnt placing the maf on the pressurized side cause some wierd readings?

Post intercooler will cause issues with the SVX ECU. Sure you can program a standalone to work that way but... Whenever your recirc valve/blowoff valve is engaged.... bye bye air that has been read and it will screw with your fuel input unless you run your programming to accept this. This is all just BS if you are running on a MAP sensor which then it wouldn't matter

Tom,
"Old Tom's" s/c set up is blowing through his MAF without any issues. Not to say there might not be issues at higher levels of boost.

You can actually run it either before or after the maf, as long as its not exposed to extrordinary heat. I prefer not to flirt with disaster although may change it up later.

hmmm, i wonder if LAN could make a new codeset to run a MAP verses a MAF.

there isnt a code that can do that, its a differnt type of system alltogether. You could possibly convert to speed density with a HKS Vein Pressure Converter(designed for a z32 VQ30TT) in an SVX with stage 2 software, but you would neeed to make your own harness and its a lot of work. VPCs are no good without alot of experience and dyno time. They have been the dead end of many projects.
