just kidding - Mine pays homage to the little red wagon. Poor suby spent all its life either parked or at redline. Managed to get the little beast up to 112mph once fully loaded with camping gear (this was of course after some modifications I had done - stock top speed was around 92mph) It has flown and drowned.
It was regularly seen around town spinning the front tires and to this day, still running, it could bark the tires into 3rd gear (well - that is- If I didn't destroy 3rd gear)
Due to its savage beatings and ability to take them and keep running, it has been dubbed the immortal suby.

immortal...

Your post made me think of my original Suby, my 85 BRAT. Until the past 3 years or so, it had a rough life. Including a 360 roll off I-70, and then landed on its "feet"....

It was 5 years old whenI got it... a little mountain goat!

It just keeps going and going and going.....

Friends call me Johnny. I like cigars. Had the moniker for years nows. Lately I am into a pipe kick (thanks to Tolkien) but "PipeJohnny" just doesn't have the same ring.

How about gal, babe, wench, vixen, hotty, fox, fem fatale...? I had better stop now since they just get worse from here as I think of them and I want to maintain my reputation around here as a gentleman, and all-around-nice guy.

JohnnyPipe.... Might just lead to a second career....he he he.....

UNCAMITZI....

My, then 4 year old nephew's pronunciation of "Uncle Mitch"...

I liked it and I seem to be able to keep the name as my handle everywhere I go on the net due to the weird spelling...
