update: New tps,maf didn't help. The timing is dead on. It's running good now but it itermittently runs like I stated above when I turn the car on so i'm going to check the coils, crank,cam sensors to see if they are in spec and replace the fuel filter since I did swap the motor.

Seth, for some reason I would replace your TB...I'm going to replace mine because of similar symptoms as you've been describing. If that doesn't work for me, I may replace the IRIS valve in the future because my symptoms happen in the 2000-2500rpm range....
When do you notice this in the rpm band?

Well Matt, so far its been awsome for the last couple days with no problems. It wouldn't do it in a specific band either just whenever you give it more than 1/2 throttle. I want to say maybe the injectors or some bad gas was on/in the new motor when I put it in and worked its way out but I cant be certain.

One thing I haven't seen suggested yet is to chek the ground on the right rear of the intake manifold. Old tom suggested I check mine when I was having some charging issues. It didn't fix my issues, but I only cleaned and added a ground jumper to this terminal and it smoothed my engine out a bit. When I get my intake manifold off, I will do a better repair on the ground. It looks like it is the grounding point for at least 4 different components/sensors on the manifold.
