Removing and Replacing exterior lower trim pieces

Any tipes for removing and replacing the lower plastic trim cladding? I'm having brand new pieces painted off the car and soon it will be install time.

The plastic piece that goes along the bottom third of the door, and the plastic cladding that lines up with that between the wheels and along under the door.

Is it possible to remove all of that without breaking any connectors and being able to reuse them? I tried to look on the charts on Subaruparts.com to see which connectors and such would be logical to order and have on hand but there are just so many of them and the picture was hard to place what was what I gave up and just kind of hope everything is salvageable or maybe somehow attached to the new pieces (I haven't seen them yet, they shipped straight to the paint shop).

Re: Removing and Replacing exterior lower trim pieces

Lots of info in this thread. Looks like it's not easy to do without breaking the old clips.
